How many classrooms are in the center? Three instructional classrooms in my center

·       How many teachers are in each classroom?  Provide job titles for each (for example, lead teacher, assistant teacher, co-teacher). There are two teachers per classroom. I have a main teacher in each classroom and a teacher's assistant. On full days I have substitutes to assist with the after-school children.

·       How many children are in each classroom?  Provide age ranges of children. My 1-3-year-old classroom has 12 children ranging from age 1- to age 2 years and 11 months. In my age 3-5 year old classroom there are 14 children ranging in ages 2 years 11 months to 4 years 11 months. In my after-school care class there are 15 children on a full day ranging from a 6 to age 12.

·       When and how do children move up to the next classroom? Children are moved up to the next classroom according to their age. Once a child is about to turn of age to move up to the next classroom by law I am required to move them at least a month before they turn of age.

·       What other spaces are available? – for example, the director's office, kitchen, break room, supply closets, entry way space, outdoor learning environments, and other spaces. My center also come with a kitchen, a bathroom, a director's office, each classroom has a supply closet, there is a front door and back door for entering and exists purposes and a breakroom.

2.     Provide a written narrative to explain your map. My map shows the rooms that would be in my center for continuing education purposes. Because the children in ages 3-5 will have the option to go to school as early as age four this leaves room for enrollment once one of the children ages out. The enrollment period would be every 2-3 years based on the age of the child when he/she comes in the facility or based on when a available spot become vacant.
