Different strategies are used by school districts when deciding on the curriculum, particularly during times of disaster. Continuous advancement strategies are commonly employed in modern districts to inspire continuous curriculum amendments. While certain districts make arbitrary judgments without generating the expected outcomes, others respond to necessitate that have been recognized as a result of student performance or additional forces (Gordon, Taylor, Oliva, 2019). The challenge is handled successfully by handling the organization demands and making use of the skills of the teachers and administrators (Gordon, Taylor, Oliva, 2019).

       With that being said, there needs to be serious and significant variables when advocating a "New Normal" following a pandemic. If my organization's leaders needed to prepare for a "New Normal" following the pandemic or any crisis, I believe my seven key points would be beneficial. These elements are in accordance with the significant values in the article.

1. Changing Learning Objectives

To determine the crucial knowledge, skills, and competencies pupils require succeeding in the post-crisis environment, this approach should involve involving partners like teachers, administrators, parents, and community members (Article: p. 2). 

2. Accepting adaptability and flexibility  

To effectively fulfill the needs of students, this may entail combining digital tools, blended learning strategies, and competency-based curriculum (Article: p. 2).

3. Enhancing Equality

This include carrying out targeted interventions, giving disadvantaged students resources and support, and making sure culturally responsive and inclusive curricula respect students' varied backgrounds and experiences (Article: p 2.).

4. Promoting Professionalism of Instructors

Investment in teacher training and ongoing support is vital for ensuring the effective implementation of innovative curriculum changes (Article: p 3). 

5. Partnering with stakeholders and administrators

To effectively address new difficulties, collaboration encourages varied viewpoints, fosters a sense of ownership, and facilitates group problem-solving. (Article: p.3).

6. Educating On Emotional Health

By including mindfulness practices, mental health services, and supportive connections into the curriculum, educators can promote students' overall growth (Article: p.5).

7. Progressive Evaluation

Regular assessment, data analysis, and feedback techniques can assist in identifying what adjustments are required to ensure (Article: p.5).
