Read your classmates' posts and respond thoughtfully to at least two of them, continue to the discussion by asking them a question relevant to their goal/challenges/experience.

Last year that we were in quarantine I decided to set the goals such as Study more and take more courses that means instead of taking 4 courses, I took 10 courses also I decided to spend more time with my family. In my first two goals I was successful but in the third one which it was weight loss I failed, why? Because all the gym was closed and I didn’t have a good diet, and I didn’t eat healthy food.so I wasn’t successful due to Lack of commitment. The challenges were eating salad every day and I couldn’t enjoy my meal plus I was starving myself. Also, I think the worst thing was Not measuring or tracking my progress. And due to that soon I got tired and gain back whatever I lost.

I learned Success requires time, and patience is required. Many individuals expect to see instant results, and if they don't receive them, they opt to stop. Setting goals isn't a one-button method to getting what you want without putting in the effort. Setting goals is a solution that requires you to put out significant effort in order to achieve the desired results. Also, I learned Continue to work on your strategy and make improvements. When things don't go as planned, improve your tactics rather than abandoning your aims.
