After reading and watching chapter 1's videos I've concluded that I am a virtual learner, I always tend to understand and capture more information when it is being shown to me. I am going to college because without a major it's very hard to be in this world. I know now we are in 2021 and things have changed, but I still believe you need to major in something in order to have your life together. I want to major in Business and Management so I could one day become a very successful businesswoman like my father. Success not only means money to me, but success also means waking up every day and not dreading your life. People always say their lives aren’t what they want them to be but are the ones that get to choose what happens in their life. However, they choose to make themselves miserable in jobs they never wanted to work in because of necessity. Instead of settling with whatever life gives you, you should always try to better yourself. If you live your life how you truly want to live it and you do what you want to do, then you're truly a successful person in my eyes. This country gives us so many opportunities and many of us fail to take it. We are more than blessed to be able to have this education to make ourselves someone one day. My study preference would have to be a quiet place where I get to sit and soak in all the information. I am not one to dwell constantly because then when I do go take my exam, I forget everything so what I do is pay attention in the class normally and when I know there is a test coming up, I study the material that the test is on a few days before just so I could have it fresh on my mind.
