Resp: The interview process can be really stressful for some people and it’s important to make a great first impression and research the company’s products and services before the interview. Some standard questions that may be asked in a job interview include what skills do you possess? This can be answered by identifying your transferable skills. A great example of a transferable skill is the ability to persuade people. Employers may also ask how you found out about the job and why you want this position?  One has to be honest and tell them if you have a friend who recommended you or how you came to find out about the job opening. It is important to demonstrate that you truly care for your career and have done research prior to the interview. I will use this information in my next interview by making sure I have done research on the company. I will identify my transferable skills that are appropriate and beneficial to the specific job in case the employer decides to ask me what skills I have. I will display that I understand the job and that I am targeting specific things in my job search because I know what will further my career
