Research the HIV/AIDS disease and answer the following in essay form in your summary Min: 500 words (for all answers combined):

· Is this disease communicable or noncommunicable? Describe the disease and discuss efforts to control it.

· Identify the environmental factors/health determinants related to this disease. Explain the influence of lifestyles, socioeconomic status, and disease management.

Format your paper in APA. You must include a title page, headers, and page numbers. Your font should be Times New Roman. Additionally, your paper should be double spaced.  

Cite at least 3 references with correctly formatted APA in-text citations within the paragraphs of your response AND include a references section with 3 references you cited correctly formatted in APA format.
