Research Questions: Second Draft Assignment Instructions

Overview

Each student will revise the Research Questions: First Draft Assignment based on the feedback from the professor on the first draft. Keep in mind, assignments in this course are designed to build on one another and thus, enabling the student to revise their work as they progress.

Each student will, resubmit a second, revised draft of the three research question sets previously submitted. Again this should be submitted in a single document. Be sure to include your introduction, purpose statement, and research questions for each research design model. The questions are to be developed in accord with the instructions provided in the text and in the course videos.

Instructions

To complete this assignment, please follow the instructions below.

1. Submit three introductions, research purpose statements, and research questions as sets.

2. Each set should contain the following headings following APA heading style.

· Introduction to the Research Problem

· Research Purpose Statement

· Research Questions

3. You are to submit all three research question sets in one document - one quantitative, one qualitative, and one mixed-methods set.

4. Your document will follow the design found in the Research Questions Example document but will be appropriately modified based on the research problem being studied and method being employed.

5. The questions provided on the Research Questions Example document are samples only and may not be appropriate to the student’s research purpose.

6. Your document is to be formatted for APA style but with the exception that it will be single-spaced with double-spacing between the headings and each section that follows. You may include spacing between questions for easy of reading. (See example provided.)
