The entire paper should be no more than one page of content (using the appropriate infection fact sheet on eCampus) and a second page with your sources in APA style. There is no other paper. There is no PowerPoint presentation. You will submit the paper on eCampus. Follow the instructions for submission in the Assignments area.

You are required to use four or more sources. Five sources is not better than four. All information must be from sources intended for a professional or academic audience.

Everyone must use the professional area of CDC as one of their sources.

If a source is aimed at the general public (Mayo Clinic, Web MD, Health Line, etc.) it is not appropriate for this assignment.

You may not use any encyclopedia type source (Gale Group).

Be sure to find the actual journal name - not just the aggregator (not PubMed, NCBI, etc.)

You should use parenthetic citations  for the information you use to fill in the boxes on your fact sheet. If the APA-style citation is very lengthy, you may use an abbreviated version of the citation as long as a reader can figure out what you are citing.

The statements in your fact sheet should be in complete sentences. If you are presenting a list of items it may be bulleted.

Any use of source wording is plagiarism and will result in a zero for the assignment. Any significant use of quotations that avoids putting information into your own words is inappropriate for this assignment and will result in a zero.
