Overall Challenge: Jeanine, CEO of JNP Coffee wants to further scale her business. JNP Coffee produces, exports and imports specialty coffee from Africa specifically Burundi and has a strong social mission as well where they seek to support women and youths in Burundi (sustainable business model). Plus their coffee is great!! There are specific areas on which JNP Coffee would like us to focus developing a cumulative business plan answering the overall question of how can JNP Coffee significantly grow https://www.jnpcoffee.com
Objective: To answer the client question with in depth research that challenges the researcher to look at the question from a variety of angles
Format: informal format. Spelling, grammar, etc. are not graded. Please include your key findings organized as follows
1. List your team objective/overall question
* How to expand the existing business into new markets?
* Expanding JNP Coffee to a new market will help the business standout among competitors in Africa and compete with the larger brands.
2. List your specific tasks assigned for this deliverable
*Research the competitors and competition withing the industry

· Small competitors similar to JNP coffee
· What strategies competitors use to dominate the market
· Impact of covid19 on competitors

4. List the gaps (for the first research deliverable, this should be a list of research areas you will cover for the second deliverable. For the second deliverable, this should be a list of areas that you will not cover. This will be used in case the client asks a question in this area).

Find at least 8 credible sources (wall street journal, academic database…) use the document attached to organize your work
Please summarize your key findings succinctly in 2-3 sentences or bullets. What did you find in your research? What information did it give you? Your findings should be thorough enough that I can clearly understand what you learned.
Please note that for the first deliverable, volume of research is emphasized. This is because in order to find quality, you must find quantity. The breadth of research will give you a more comprehensive perspective for your analysis.
The second deliverable will address the gaps identified here as well as any other additional information you found.
PLEASE INCLUDE ALL REFERENCES. If you put your references in APA format as you go, it is both easy to track and makes pulling together your references for your final presentation very easy. If you fail to do this, you will have to backtrack causing yourself more work.
