This is what the teacher said pure lies

You need to convince the commite this is a lie, first of all by saying that you ( I ) communicated to the teacher prior to the conversation through AN email that I wasn’t in an stable mental stage because my unborn child died and I required a surgical procedure but professor insisted also right the moment when he forced the conference my sister just delivered the news to me that she was diagnose with leukemia but he insisted to to the conference call with son sympathy towards the situation. That yes we did discussed the format and was corrected. That theres no way the professor can say that I coply the Shadow Health model because I do not have any assess to that and that he has no way to proof that I did because students don’t have assess to that only till the assigment is submitted.that when he shared the screen with me he didn’t demonstrated that the documentation was imperfect he accused me of fraud and that the Shadow Health model note was not of his like. When he asked how i arrived at the diagnosis (post-traumatic headache) I answer professionally specially when he ask what post traumatic headache was, and said it was a a rather obscure diagnosis for a novice provider.I’m very familiar with the diagnoses because I was diagnosed with that myself after a total lost car accident. I told professor I also did research about the diagnosis since I myself suffered from that and he interpreted as google and suggested if I was a member of a fraudulent website that student use for answers wich I denies and felt insulted the concluion of the diagnoses was based on Tina examination. Professor asked me questions about the examination I did to Tina a day before and I honestly answered that I didn’t remember since I was going through a shock just discovering my sister have leukemia he didn’t like that answer and also stated how I got to the conclusion that the patient needed to do the follow up visit 5-7 days I answered its common sence he didn’t like that answer either since I had a total loss car accident I remembered from my experiece that was said to me I can also provide proof that I had a total lost in a big car accident I felt very connected to this assignemt. The professor has no proof to say plagiarism was commited and I totally want to appeal this and so on sound convincent I have a background on critical care and yes using your common sense and nursing sckills help. The diagnosis of post-traumatic headache falls under the category of a traumatic brain injury, which we discussed and I answered the question but teacher still says I didn’t when on his email he accept thtat we actually did . after spending many hrs working on this assignment teacher decided to give me a zero and I don’t agree since I worked very hard for this grade I want my grade back for my hard work and he needs proof to justify this actions and he has none.
