Task Instructions and Guidelines for  everyone

Cultural capabilities are required for creating safe work, social and academic spaces.

To complete this task you will be drawing together all of your learning in a report on a scenario where the people involved are  demonstrating cultural capabilities from the readings, concepts, principles of power relations and generative interactions you built this semester.

Learning Outcomes:

3. Critique the role of power in intercultural interactions and relations.

4. Analyse and critique principles of equitable and generative social and cultural interactions.

Please follow the TASK Guidelines in the Assessment Point for this Assignment. You will need to Include 7 set readings as categories of cultural capability, as well as higher level concepts and references that cover Generative interactions, Cultural Safety, Ontology and/or the safe space literature that identifies different kinds of safety.

YOU WILL ALSO need to find at least 2 other references from the library that directly relate to your report topic (the interactions between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in the Documentary, levels of discrimination against Asian people in 2019 onwards, or racism against Indigenous people in #toostrongforyoukaren).
