Row 1-2: Great start here include many relevant facts from the study.  Here a a couple of suggestions to enhance this content.  The authors aim was to determine the causes of the errors that were occurring based on the nurses feedback.  So the aim and purpose was to identify the causes of the errors and not the actual errors. Consider adding type of study (qualitative versus quantitative).  Be sure to add as much detail as possible regarding the relevancy of the literature. I dont see that you included a clear theoretical framework or clear hypothesis for the study. Basic description of the steps or elements of the study, and includes: purpose; the problem including significance and background; relevancy of the literature reviewed; method(s)/design; the theoretical framework; research objectives, questions, and hypotheses.

Row 2- 3: Thorough description of 2 strengths and 2 limitations of the research study. Great job detailing the strengths and limitations. Consider adding a few more to move this to mastery level.

Row 3-2: Nice summary of the findings I did not see that you included recommendation and implications for practice.    Basic summary of the credibility and meaning of the study findings including at least 2 recommendations and implications to practice.

Row 4-4: Formal style reflected throughout presentation, including no spelling, grammar, or APA format errors present. Permalink included for the article selected.
