Hello Rody,

 I like that you provided predictions, the issues is that you did support your ideas with evidence from the literature. This is needed not only to support your statements but to also avoid academic dishonesty. I made some recommendations on how some criteria might achieve a higher performance score. I look forward to reading more of your work.

I would also like to suggest that you follow the plan template. Not only are you learning about the content, we are also preparing you to use different formats of communicating organizational needs.
