Reading Reflection
Reading Reflection
In about one page of writing, address the prompts below. Please format your response as you would an essay instead of answering each question directly. Use the articles and texts we’ve read so far as models for your own writing.
A written response should:
· Address all parts of the prompt/questions
· Use paragraphs to organize the writing
· Transition between ideas, topics, and paragraphs
· Use clear topic sentences (Links to an external site.) that address the content and keep your writing focused and organized.
Make connections between the texts we read this week and:
1. Your own life
2. The world or current events
3. Other texts and/or media (songs, videos, etc.)
Reflect on your reading process:
1. What surprised you, confused you, or gave you pause when reading?
2. What strategies (thinking skills/ Bloom's Taxonomy) did you use to understand the text(s)?
