Reading one

The concept of human rights is paramount as compared to one’s choice of faith. The fact that an individual’s rights are similar across the universe does trounce the rights in terms of the faith. An individual that is a Jew should not demand what another faith such as Christianity does experience unless they have to pronounce their faith (Bauer, 1844). It is also the same analogy whereby a Jew that is seeking for freedom and rights on the premises that they are Jews but not as human beings. The concept changes the understanding of the human rights and how one will stand up to fight for them. The thought that a Jew does earn the same rights will have a major impact on the concept that then one becoming Jew does grant them a major right over the others that do not associate with the same faith.

Human rights do comprise of liberty, property, security and equality and this do help unite and bring the concept of humanity to the same sense. It is evident that people from one region of the world can standup against some inhumane acts against people in a certain country that is not theirs and this will make sense to them. However, the concept will fail when the people of another country fail to speak up or show any concern when other citizens are being denied their citizen rights. The concept shapes up the entire interactions in the world and this helps push for the right interactions when it is important for the formation of their relations. It is important to understand that human rights do take the lead and thus it is important for people to absolve to them instead of the faith liberations and affiliations that do limit an individuals reach.

Reading Two

Marx has a different look at human rights and takes a different approach away from Bauer, with the belief that the society already has divisions in terms of social interactions. The variations in terms of social interactions do shape the way that the different people do interact in the society. The belief that the rights of citizen and those of man do differ because of the differences of issues among the two different men (O’Connell, 2018). It is a major issue to the way that there is planning of the society because it shapes the way that they have to come up with a proper plan and path that will push them towards a different perspective. It is important to understand that there are numerous differences in the society and this influences the way that they have to shape up their behavior which is not appropriate. It is vital to understand that there are some people that do belief and behave like they are above the law and this does shape the interactions in the society. The concept does do change and transform the interactions of the people because some people will look at human rights as a way to favor them while others look at them as an opportunity to help push for equality. People are seeking for different ways to help earn better living which includes fair human rights and this shapes the way that they do interact (O’Connell, 2018). The fact that there is imbalance in the society proves that there are different ways that people do push and fight to earn their rights and this creates the major debate in terms of what some people do demand as rights while others do term them as opportunities.
