1. Some observers argue that the conflict came as a result of the differences in economic and social classes. Those who arrived earlier had settled and improved their economic and social status, while those who arrived later had to struggle to make their ends meet.
2. The adherence to the Jews religion rules had dropped as those who arrived earlier had abandoned some of the religious practices as a result of the impact of the external environment. The varying degree on the observation of the religious customs seemed to have resulted in divisions among the American Jews. However, but they were able to overlook them as results of the earlier experiences, such as the holocaust, they had suffered from before, which made them make peace with everyone regardless of the differences.
