WEEK 13 PROMPT: 

Briefly describe the issues surrounding the sinking on the Sewol and describe 3 Disaster Management actions that could have prevented the tragedy. What were the repercussions for the captain, the Chonghaejin Maritime Company and business man Yoo? Note: You may use readings from Week 2 to refresh your memory on the EM prevention practices but these do not count towards minimum readings for this week.
