Create a training strategy for your PMO using the PMI Talent Triangle using Link 1 with at least 22 slides which will include at least initial state of your organization (Microsoft) with identified training needs, at least 5 courses to address the three individual skillsets included in the Talent Triangle: Technical Project Management, Leadership, and Strategic and Business Management. Include a sequence of activities and timeline for design, development and implementation of the strategy.
