Writing”.

Hi, my name is Zhangrui Liu. Because of poor writing skills from some of our colleagues in this company, the CEO of the company asked me to offer effective communication advice to help our staff understand the importance of good quality content for the company.

Businesses often assert that they respect excellent writing, encourage it, and do it themselves. However, most of the time, their actions don’t match their words. Writing with poor grammar is common in the workplace. We come up with new terminologies, but we are poor at conveying the meaning of those phrases to others. Our company should see the importance of communication as a fundamental competency[footnoteRef:1]. The fact that the majority of team members lack "professional writers" in their job descriptions shouldn’t exclude them from contributing to written content. Writing that is clear and concise should be a priority for the whole organization[footnoteRef:2]. Writing is always personal and reveals the writer's thoughts as well as their skill to traverse the language. Writing is integrally linked to corporate identity in the business world. Writers in organizations should consider what a firm represents, where it is headed, and how it should be presented to the general public. The ability to write well in collaboration might be the difference between a successful business venture and a failure, between making a sale and making losses[footnoteRef:3]. The more you write, the more you will discover about yourself. [1: Kyle Wiens. (2013). Your Company Is Only as Good as Your Writing] [2: Kyle Wiens. (2013). Summary Report “Squashing the Talents and Strengths of Team Members. Hoarding Information. Micro-managing.”

The most effective leaders have a great awareness of the behaviors they should steer clear of if they want to continue leading at a high level. They are dedicated to their personal development throughout their lives[footnoteRef:4]. As they mature, they learn to steer clear of these five typical blunders that, if committed, have the potential to "blow it" with their greatest individuals. It is impossible to have faith in a leader who withholds facts to maintain control over his surroundings and the people in them. There is lack Trust and morale when a leader makes less effort to get the support and input of their subordinates and doesn’t seek out their ideas[footnoteRef:5]. Good leaders takes advantage of intimate connections with their staff by determining their employees' talents and bringing out the best in those capabilities. A leader who has little care about their team members continue to schedule pointless meetings after pointless meetings while reducing the amount of face time spent with their team members[footnoteRef:6]. As I conclude, I would want to thank you for this chance and I believe you'll find the knowledge presented here to be helpful to you in your role as a leader. This information demonstrates the need to avoid hoarding knowledge and micromanagement in addition to the necessity to use the talents and strengths of the members of the team.
