through aging, dying, and death processes.

• Students are task with writing 4 pages minimum (no less), and 5 pages maximum (no
more) reflection essay following APA formatting referencing 14 specific theories
and/or concepts from Modules 1-11.
• This assignment is worth 75 points towards the final grade.

• Body/Content: 71 points
• APA Formatted Reference Page: 2 points
APA Format Requirements:
o Use the APA template provided on Canvas.

o Follow instructions below. The paper MUST include the following:
▪ Use only Times New Roman 12’ font.
▪ 1-inch borders (top, bottom, and side-to-side).
▪ Title Page: 1 page only (on page 1).
▪ Body/Content: 4-5 written pages (on pages 2, 3, 5 or pages 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).
▪ Reference Page: 1 page only (on pages 6 or 7.)

terms. Here’s an example: Alzheimer's disease is a progressive disorder that causes
