Write a proposal for the following

The medical director of the uptown clinic has appointed our company

“ The three core value consulting agency”  to write a detailed report on the upgrade of a Systems Recommendation Report and propose a Certified Electronic Record system to meet the uptown clinic strategy and operational need. our job is to identify and explain the improvement the system will contribute to the clinic and the high-level steps that will be needed to take place to implement the system

 As a team, we will be looking at the

1. Organizational Analysis and Requirements

2. data sharing within the system

3. Ethical, Legal, and Regulatory Policy Issues

4. recommendation of a system developed

 as we write each report we would be using the feedback from staff in the clinic to write our reports.
