Please choose one of the companies’ product or inventory and consider this company while you analyze by answering the questions of exercise. That company could be Apple and one of the Apple’s inventories or their products. That product can be nonexistent or fictional.

After reading the  Exercise 4.3 (pp.128-130) on Readiness for Change,   select an organization of your choice to conduct the analysis by answering the questions outlined in the exercise.
