(Stallman & Cutting, 2014)

In this project, the program manager will be at the higher most position and therefore, all the other employees will be reporting to him. However, the program manager role will be to ensure that they are all doing what they should be doing with necessarily dictating their work.

Milestones of the project plan

To determine the progress of the project, the team will be having a meeting every Friday to discuss various issues which emerged in that ending week and had and had not been foreseen and brainstorm on how to deal with them. Also, there may be new thing to be encountered in the coming week that had not been projected. The project manager will be chairing these meetings. In addition the J. Project Risk Analysis and Plan

In this project, it is assumed that all the required resource will be available, especially the human resource. It is also assumed that in the last two weeks of the project, there will any other labor will be cheap since the work load per worker will greatly reduce. The last assumption is that all workers will perform as per instructions allocated.

In the project, constraints will include; Business constraints which may arise due to any sort of disorganization in the course of the project such as time constrain, resource constraint if the project goes beyond the predicted period and the budget. There will also be technical constraints such as design. Another constrain is that the sponsor demands 80% of work be completed within 40% of time allocated to the project.

Though we can do very little about most constrains, we will be conducting extensive research and try as much as possible to assume the least. We will achieve this by collecting every necessary data required instead of guessing.

Quality Management plan

D & S Telecommunication Company never compromise quality. Therefore, to ensure quality we will be undertaking quality assurance activities to make sure that products and services offered meet our client’s expectations and also the pre agreed standards, work and processes are done efficiently and as documented and non-conformations are identified and corrected in time. Ensuring quality will required cooperation among our team of professionals, J. Smith & Associates’ employees and all directors involved in this project and the project sponsor (Yamal, 2016).

Quality issues in the project will involve weak networks, elegit devices leading to easy breakdowns, our team members not working as per requirement and expensive services and equipment.

Conclusion

We feel that the project will be accomplished in the stated timeframe without requiring more resources than the one already projected. Also, we feel obliged to offer telecommunication services of the highest standards as we have always been doing in the last ten years.
