The positional power deals with managing human resources activities
information power is the power that the CHRO has over the organization
Conceive power will be used by the CHRO to make an adverse threat to the employees performing
The social power will help the CHRO to be able to control the social interaction among the employees
With this type of power given to the Human Resource Officer, it will enable smooth running of the organization, effective work coordination , build customer relationship, conducive working environment hence leading to increase in profit
