The program will be effective if the employees did not have the time to be participated in the “A Healthier You” program.
EVALUATION
The program “A Healthier You” have goals and objectives that will be provided for all the employees and especially for those who are suffering from diabetes, obesity, physical activity, and depression.
In the beginning I would like to do a need and interest assessment because T.J. Samson haven’t done one since 2016. When the employees will be interested in our program then we offer a Free health screenings include: glucose, lipid panel, total cholesterol, bone density, height/weight, body fat analysis/body mass index and blood pressure checks every 3 months to know if our program is beneficial for them or not. We also will do a needs assessment or survey every month to know what the employees still need and also from this assessment we will have a feedback to know of our program does succeeded or not.
