Executive Summary

This project proposal integrates the design, execution, and deployment of an IT framework for Mamma Mia's Bakery. Digitization of business tasks and daily operations shall be the direction to promote better operational standards at the shop. The new module shall be inventory, point-of-sale system, and accounting procedures to assist in more accurate business services. Communication with external business stakeholders shall be crucial to promote proper business relationships among the persons involved. Analysis of Mamma Mia’s vision to create an environmentally friendly business shall be possible using the IT framework’s advanced business intelligence.

Project Scope

The tasks in the project shall integrate research, design, planning, testing, execution, and deployment of the system. Integration of software that monitors how studies get undertaken and their conformity to the vision are integral scope components. Digitization of the bakery is required since, at the moment, there is no personal computer or any technical business operations. The bakery shall get provided with suitable software that shall get outsourced since the bakery already has an actual management process that serves different tasks (Tereso et l., 2018). A reliable system performance shall use IT devises to develop a reliable network whereby constant monitoring gets performed. The time and effort to manage the system improvement process shall be sufficient to generate accurate information system operations.

Recruitment of an IT team is suitable for managing IT framework development. An external internet service provider shall be used to facilitate the internet on the developed LAN. The use of three PCs shall be used as they operate on Windows 10 platform for suitable business management processes. The use of A website shall be implemented to conform with current IT and business standards. Integration of order placement and pickup functionality on the website shall facilitate food delivery activities.

Schedule - The process of evaluating of success of the project shall integrate two computers installed with the bakery information system.

Funding - Project management for the bakery shall include the budget of $100,000 and the definition of all components required to manage system development.

The IT development process shall integrate small projects served with an evaluation of success. As shown in Table 1 below, different tasks shall get used for system development.

Milestones

· System operations for the business can get managed using a single server. A Wi-Fi router and printer shall be required to handle all.

· The project shall apply this and test for different methods for successful completion.

· The budget to cover all hardware devices shall be $50,000 to manage diverse system development needs.

· The rest of the money for the budget shall be used to cover the system development process.

The project team shall integrate employees with suitable expertise in the bakery's process since this effectively promotes proper connection with time and cost-saving that are the basis of IT adaptations. For the bakery to maintain a high number of sales, it shall be possible to further direct team members to communicate regularly so that there shall be a reliable system development process. In addition, it would be possible to create a study that promotes information service improvements based on the accessibility of resources for IT environments.

Project Constraints and Assumptions

· The project's limitations are tied to technical modules' availability to assess how the information system integration and microservices operations provide better data management operations.

· There can be challenging to enhance technology adaptations without increasing output quality for different platforms.

· When studying the limitation of the availability of technical modules, it is imperative to understand that the bakery shall not operate competently under open-source software (Pereira et al., 2021).

· The information system development process shall require purchasing for implementation so that the information access process serves all business stakeholders.

· Regardless, the risks are minimal and can be managed once the IT team integrates high-standard information technology processes.
