Adding company vehicles
The company should ensure that more vehicles are added to the company for the purposes of ensuring that quality operations are carried out. The addition of more vehicles will play significance roes in the company in ensuring that the conflicts experienced as a result of limited resources are reduced. Again, the addition of more vehicles to the company will help in ensuring that the available time is utilized effectively therefore making it easy for the interviews to be carried out in the expected time. The increment in the number of vehicles in the company will contribute to the effectiveness of the investigations carried out by the organization’s management. This will be brought about by the fact that the employees will access different areas within the required. Moreover, the performance of the employees will be improved therefore making it easy for the company to achieve the set goals and objectives in the stipulated time. (Rostami, 2018)
On the other hand, when the vehicles are added to the company, the misuse of the company’s assets will be reduced due to the fact that the vehicles in the company will not be shared by a large number of people. Every employees will be required to answer questions about the misuse of the vehicle he uses therefore reducing the cases of losses by the company. The company will again be able to reduce extra incurred costs which might affect the sustainability of the company. However, the policy in which each of the investigators is assigned his own vehicle should be implemented for the purposes of ensuring that the operations of the company are carried out in an effective manner.
As far as the needs of the stakeholders are involved, the company should implement policies which will ensure that the needs of the stakeholders are addressed in a way that will benefit the company. However, some of the stakeholders involved in the project are: the investigators, employees and the company. On the matters related to the needs of the investigators, the company should ensure that the shortage of the vehicles is addressed for the purposes of ensuring that delays in carrying out the interviews and investigation are reduced. Again, the company should ensure that the needs of the employees hence reducing the theft and the frauds are reduced. This can be addressed by the ability of the company to ensure that the employees are provided with favorable salaries. Moreover, the company should address the problems experienced by the stakeholder hence ensuring that it achieves the set goals within the stipulated time. (Heldman, 2018)
For the project to be effective, a tool such as MS powerpoint is required. This will make it for different activities to be carried out at different levels. On the other hand, a technique such as waterfall development approach should be used for the purposes of ensuring that the effectiveness of the project is achieved. The flow of the tasks carried out in the project should be able to flow in one direction in different phases of design and construction. On the other hand the deployment and the maintenance of the project are carried out in a waterfall development approach hence ensuring that the success of the project is achieved.
As far as the project is concerned, milestones such as phases and communication should be enhanced for the purposes of ensuring that different operations are carried out accordingly. The phases of the project should ensure that the design and the construction of the project are carried out in an effective manner. As far as the communication milestone is concerned, the stakeholders should be able to pass information from one party to the other hence enabling the project to come to an effective completion. Again, the communication milestone will play important roles in ensuring that the stakeholder share different ideas as per the expected therefore addressing the conflicts between the employees therefore enabling them to work for the success of the company.
