• Thoughts on conducting these observations. o How did you feel about being asked to observe movement? Were you

concerned that you could not find 15 things to observe?

• Brief overview of what your experienced. o Example: Over a five-day period, I witnessed and participated in a variety

of movement experiences. Of the 15 items I encountered, below is a detailed experience of my top five movement observations.

• Observation one. o Include what day you observed and a brief sentence of what you noticed.

▪ Example: On Monday, as I made my weekly trip to the grocery store, I noticed some interesting things while checking out.

o Body sentence- what did you notice about how the body of the subject moved? o Action sentence- what type of actions were being performed? o Space sentence- what amount of space was being used? This can also include

space between people/objects. o Time sentence- what was the speed of the item you observed? Did you observe

this over a specific period of time or day? o Energy sentence- what kind of energy was produced from the item observed?
