Project for a Barbeque Food Truck
For this project, you will create a document that contains these format and content guidelines:
· Work previously conducted in discussion board posts in previous weeks
· Create a WBS in alignment with your class project (see Table 7.1). This was performed in Week 3. Create a resource availability report by entering in resource data in Microsoft Project (see Figure 18.13). Please view the file “ Chapter 18 Resource Availability Report Steps Download Chapter 18 Resource Availability Report Steps” to assist in this step
· Create a schedule in Microsoft Project (see Figure 10.4). This was performed in Week 4
· Identify your resource budget (see Chapter 11). This was performed in Week 4
· Identify one metric, measure, critical success factor, key performance indicator, and key performance question that relates to your class project topic (see Chapter 16). This was performed in Week 5
· Create a Fishbone diagram (see Figures 25.2–25.3). This was performed in Week 8. Create a taskboard (see Figures 22.8 - 22.25). Please view the file “ Download Guide MS Project Online Download Download Guide MS Project Online” in order to download MS Project Online. The taskboard feature is only available in MS Project Online, and is not available in MS Project 2019
· New work not previously conducted
· Create a resource availability report by entering in resource data in Microsoft Project (see Figure 18.13)
· Create a resource overview graphic by entering in resource data in Microsoft Project (see Figure 18.21)
· Create a milestone report but be sure to have entered in milestones in your Gantt chart (see Figure 18.23)
· Create a resource sheet view (see Figure 21.2)
· Create a taskboard (see Figures 22.8–22.25)
· Create a task status report (see Figure 22.27)
· Create a work status report (see Figure 22.29)
· Create a schedule histogram (see Figure 24.1)
· Create one risk mitigation plan from one of the risks identified from your project (see Table 25.3)
