Research Methodology

In this section of this research paper, the research purpose, research method, data, and the collection methods are examined. There are various research methodologies, including case study, content analysis, experimental research, grounded theory research, historical research, and survey research. However, as for this research paper, the research methodology that will be employed is typically Case Study.

Model for Scientific Empirical Research Methodology

A model considered well fitted to this research methodology is a qualitative research methodology which includes three significant stages;

Research design – Part of this has been done in the previous steps; this consists of the Literature review process and the identification of the research issues that could be achieved through the interview with experts. This paper has further selected the Case study as an appropriate research strategy (Yin, 2009). In this regard, therefore, one or two case studies will be chosen for the research strategy. Additionally, a suitable research method, which includes Interviews, as well as document research, has been selected as the appropriate methods to be used.

Data collection- Data will be collected through interviews and from documents where the research will Conduct interviews with experts and will also from Collected and organized documents. Moreover, suitable experts from healthcare units will be chosen to conduct research interviews.

Data collection constitutes how the information has to be collected and from whom. There are three basic types of data collection methods in qualitative research, and they include; Sampling, Observations, and interviews. Sampling involves the collection of the sample, which represents the entire population. Observations suggest making observations concerning particular research. On the other hand, interviews provide information that can be used in the case studies; it typically involves asking questions about the various facts of interest.

How to collect data

For this Research paper, Multiple data collection methods will be employed, and this will incorporate interviews, documentation, archival records, and observation. Interviews may take all three major types, which constitute the structured, semi-structured, and unstructured Interviews, which would be made in different forms, for instance, personal interviews, face-to-face interviews, and telephone interviews (Pawar, 2004).

Data analysis- This will involve the analysis and discussion of how the data collection from cases will be used.
