1. Key Stakeholders and Potential Stakeholders
The key stakeholders in the UP Company include owner, chief marketing officer, chief executive financial officer, suppliers, designers, customers and employees. According to Witt and Stahl (2016), key stakeholders need to be engaged in important decision-making processes of an organization. Company will make sure that the key stakeholders are involved in various actions of the organization.

(2017), specifying the duties and responsibility of workers in projects is crucial in avoiding conflict of interests among the workers. As a result, the duties and responsibilities of the different employees in the project are clearly explained below.

4. A Communication Matrix
Communication is important in projects as it helps in making ideas clear among the stakeholders. According to Yap, Abdul-Rahman and Chen (2017), communication helps in achieving project success as the key stakeholders can be able to share and understand the set objectives. For example, through clear communication map in the project can assist in ensuring that the goals set are achieved.

5. A Breakdown of Work (WBS)
The activities of the UP project will entail procurement of the appropriate equipment, marketing of the gym services, designing gym and conducting marketing research. These activities will be integrated to achieve the set objectives of the project.
6. The Initial Schedule
The project will take three months where the management will start with listing the companies. The activities of the project will spread within the three months where the management will put the necessary measures in place to start operations.
