Program Plan Introduction National Mental Health Association based in Atlanta is the organization of interest. It is an institution that is focused on dealing with issues that involves the mental health of the society. the coverage of the organization is on a notational framework as it provides operations and guidelines involving mental health.  Needs assessment: Potential The organization applies the vertical organizational design. It is an approach that involves hierarchy in the delegation of duty and control (Felo et al., 2019). The design would be perfectly addressed as it reflects on the necessity of order that would facilitate its easy implementation. The design works based on the global framework that it operates within.  Needs assessments: Disparities The need of the community is based on the provision of more mental health awareness. The organization needs to ensure that it creates awareness (Benitez et al., 2019). The other needs involves the provision of mental assessment programs focused on ensuring that the needs of the patients are highlighted on a regular basis.  Needs assessment: Cultural Competence The healthcare programs of the organization are based on ensuring that it gets information about the current healthcare framework that is involved in the study. The focus is giving out information that has sustainable outcomes (Felo et al., 2019). The program are based on ensuring that each mental health program is researched and diagnosis created.  Needs assessment:  Strategy The needs assessment would be carried out in steps. First, step the clear definition of the assessment objectives. Step 2 involves being realistic about resource and capacity. The third step is the identification of the data sources and target audience(Benitez et al., 2019). Thinking small and big while summarizing results. Getting feedback and disseminating are the final steps.  Needs assessment: Alignment The strategy would involve the evaluation of the ethical standards of the organization. Factors such as respect and integrity would positively play out in the practice, as only realistic information would be applied (Felo et al., 2019). The production of the results would be based on the assessment of outcome and other relevant practices.  Outcomes: Anticipated Outcomes The program is likely to improve the information that is based on the mental health. The numbers of people affected with the practice would be perfectly evaluated and reflected upon in a way that is reflective (Benitez et al., 2019). The level of mental health awareness would also increase in the process.  Outcomes: Fit The program would fit into the organization based on the approach that would be applied. The integration process ensures that the employees are fully aware of the procedures involved in the introduction of the program (Felo et al., 2019). The focus is to ensure that perfect awareness measures are put in practice and keenly evaluated.  Outcomes Other Areas The program is likely to create a positive impact in terms of coordination and collaboration. The measure is focused on the application the program by encouraging collaboration (Benitezet al., 2019). The community would likely to be aware of their mental state by looking through the awareness program and its potential outcome that is important and essential to observe in this case.  Outcome standards The program has a positive impact based on the cultural standards that it observe. It ensures that it respects the existing standards. The procedures involved in its practices is done in a way that it’s efficient. The focus is ensuring that appropriate information is used in conducting the final assessment that is relevant to practice and observe based on the results that comes with the process (Felo et al., 2019). The focus is the creation of a realistic outcome that is likely to influence the entire organization. The practice makes the program to be valid and essential.
