Strengths: - Primary sections with relevant content; clear tool selection (Gantt; LN; WBS) page 6 - 6.5. - good Scope pages 3.5 - 3.9! - critical analysis is evident by the team members - good business writing style, and APA references Considerations - the important deliverables are not included as a step (final outcome/result) in the overall process methodology (i.e. comprehensive 40-50 page document with ppt; ppt presentation to client; follow-up post presentation; etc) - "document" is mentioned once on line 21 of page 5 however. - keep an eye out for orphan titles at page bottom (page 5) - in Step 2 the information is very general- the client will be looking for/expecting a specific breakdown for their situation re: each of research steps briefly mentioned: timelines, milestones, collaborations, processes. What would be the specific steps for the client and consulting team to know. Just to continue a little bit, this is overall a nicely packaged Methodology: and at the same time to make it more client-user friendly, let's consider a bit of restructuring of important steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 possibly by breaking each into parts or units (perhaps 1a; 1b; 1c; 2a; 2 b; 2c; etc). - good work on content within Key Findings: would it be a thought to consider, if possible, also breaking it into subtitles of Strategy/Marketing/Operations/IT/Human Resources etc This is good work/thinking by a team that will be able to readily transition into the next assignment.
