In class we have discussed Intellectual Property (IP) laws and regulations within the context of the US constitution. We have discussed intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, and other related topics as well.
Visit https://www.saip.gov.sa/en/ and discuss any similarities or differences one of any of the topics discussed in class. Highlight how IP is protected in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Make sure to reference any documents or articles that you used in your discussed topic.

Owner right of the copyright in the Saudi Arabia
The writer, or anyone who has been assigned the duty shall have the authority to decide on the following as the kind of work: المؤلف أو من يفوضه الحق في ممارسة كل أو أي مما يلي بحسب طبيعة المصنف:

· Transferring the project to the public via means for example acting, broadcasting, displaying or networks offering data transmissions. إيصال المصنف إلى الجمهور بأي وسيلة ممكنة ، مثل العرض أو التمثيل أو البث أو شبكات نقل البيانات.
