Key deliverable: designing the project proposal

Activities for the deliverable

Collecting the proposal’s requirements:

The activity involves collecting what is needed to write the proposal for the report. The project sponsor is informed because they are the one who decide whether to undertake the project or not. Also, the board of directors and investor are informed about the report. The employees and project team are responsible for collecting the requirements.

Finding project feasibility:

The project feasibility shows whether project can be implemented or not. The project sponsor is informed together with investors. The board of directors and employee are responsible for collection of the project requirement. Tesla is accountable for the activity.

Presenting the proposal to the sponsor:

The project proposal presentation is done to convince the sponsor of the success of the project. the sponsors and investors are informed of the proposal. Board of director and tesla management are consulted while project team and employee are responsible.
