1. Talent, Skills, and Capability Needs Become Global – The problem we face is not a shortage of people – it is a shortage of key skills. How can you build a “Corporate Talent System”?

2. Integrated Capability Development Replaces Learning – Address learning as a supply chain problem: capability development not training.

3. Redesign of Performance Management – How will we shift away from “competitive evaluation” and move toward “coaching and development” integrated with strategy?

4. The HR Role in redefining engagement: Focus on Passion and the Holistic Work Environment throughout the Organization – What are the steps for developing a holistic work environment integrated with the organization’s strategic plan?

5. Redesigning and Re-skilling the HR Function – Establishing a service-delivery framework; redesigning the business-partner role to become a strategic advisor, sponsor and architect of leadership development at all levels of the organization.

6. Futuristic View of How HR Technology Can Contribute to Growth and Content Markets – Exploration of application of platforms, technology integration with other organizational platforms, mobile, analytics, simple user experiences.

7. Innovation Comes to HR with Performance Management – What are the primary roles and functions of the new, bold CHRO/SBP? How does the CHRO/SBP transform and upskill the HR Team? How can the CHRO/SBP drive a view into the future, specifically within the global market?

For additional information and resources, please research the literature on the future leadership role of HR and how to bring innovative thinking into the people part of the business. The challenge of this Presentation is looking beyond “business as usual” and introducing a new creative, innovative idea, system or approach for your organization. Your Presentation must demonstrate “thinking outside of the box.”
