1. Presentation

a. Minimum of 2 minutes, maximum of 3 minutes

b. No words on slides except a) first slide with names/topic b) identifying slides between subjects (example would be first name and type of facility for a caregiver before you present his/her perspective) and/or c) pause slide with correct word for a fill in the blank section on your outline

c. All other slides must be pictures only (clip art, actual photos, link to video or audio file, etc)

d. Maximum of 1 video/audio files per present allowed, clip cannot exceed 30 seconds

e. Provide a fill in the blank outline, serves as pretest and post test

f. Must reference throughout presentation the “fill in the blank” outline

2. Presentation’s paper:

a. Maximum 4 pages (double space) minimum written summary of your presentation and the key information provided in presentation. The 4 pages does not include cover, Abstract or References pages.

b. “Fill in the Blank” Outline (with answers)

c. Copy of each team members’ written summary and presentation materials that were given to team leader (name required)

3. Handouts

a. 25 fill in the blank outlines – answers to blanks can appear on slide/presentation at the end for class to see answers

b. 1 printed hard copy of presentation for Professor, 6 slides per page

4. Paper Format: Must follow APA format to include cover page, running header, page numbers, Abstract page, Times New Roman 12 point font, 1” margins, appropriate Level 1 headings, double-spaced, References page.
