Business Finance - Accounting Predictive Model Assignment

1. Complete Data Analysis: 

Use the Excel dataset “ Homeless_Count.xls” that shows the results of homeless surveys in 69 urban locations in the US in 2008/2009. 

2. Complete a Regression Model:

Create a regression model to predict homelessness.

3. Write a Regression Model Rationale:

Provide your best result along with the justification of the model. 

Please note that your regression model should take into consideration all key assumptions of a regression model, including normal distribution of the error terms, lack of multicollinearity, etc. 

4. Transform and/or Combine Variables:

You can transform the variables or combine some variables to improve your results. Be creative. 

5. Write an Interpretation:

Interpret your results and provide a summary of key findings with supporting materials.      

6. Please submit your work in a 600 to 900 pages report and include key tables, graphs, and results of your calculations (e.g., VIF, etc.).
