Practical Connection Organizational Behavior

Course Description

This course is the study of individual and group behavior within diverse organizations. Examination of organizational structure, processes, norms and values is included. Emphasis is given on the topics of leadership, management styles, organizational fit and change, motivation, group dynamics, and business process efficiency.

Course Objectives:

Understanding of organizational behavior theories and concepts in the context of diverse and changing business environments and the challenges of dealing with organizational change.

Understanding of everyday challenges faced when dealing with employees.

Understanding of motivation, values, conflict management, leadership, ethics and social responsibility.
