Role: community center representative
Sample of technology to be used
Digital representation of the new classroom
Statistical figures using charts and graphs
Identification of the caretakers role
How to attract attention
As a representative it is my role to ensure that all parties understand the essence of this program. This will therefore necessitate the use of various techniques such as having sample of the technology that will be applied in the reforms requested. Having evidence or a sample provides the community with the notion that the change is plausible and the technology is available. This will ensure that the message spreads out fast and quick increasing the number of attendees. Providing the technology will not convince other and this will therefore result in the use of a digital representation of the classroom that will show these child caretakers that the technology will not only modernize lessons but also how it is imparted to the children. The data will be supported with only the necessary statistical data in order to win their favor. After this simple presentation I will identify the role of the caretakers in ensuring that the change is a success ensuring they become a stakeholder of in the schools transformation.

Practicality
Mathematics is a course or subject of severe importance towards global applications
Currently, very few schools apply teaching techniques that have commendable results
Many teachers work on the assumption that they are applying the best and simplest techniques
Virtual or digital education has been applied n various schools but is still experimental in various other education districts.
Advancements in technology has made digital education the new premier in offering quality education.
Arithmetic is applicable in all professions thus the need for it to be compulsory in all modern schools globally (Brown, Dehoney & Millichap, 2015). Nonetheless, the main stresses associated with arithmetic is, understanding the new concepts in new topics.
Many teachers are regarded as the cause of this problem as they fail to understand the concept of comprehension. Other than working with outdated or difficult techniques teachers have problems with regulators as they offer little to no support over the matter.
Overall, there is a common factor with this problem the inability to connect easily the theoretical features of math with reality (Brown, Dehoney & Millichap, 2015). The proposed intervention is to use digital or virtual teaching techniques to reduce these problems with the long-term aim of eliminating it. The use of computers or simulations to teach students is not new, as several schools have implemented technology in the curriculum in one mode or the other.
Technology has evolved rapidly in the past decades; it has given way for more processing power, storage capacity and variation in sizes of devices. It has also evolved other sectors in the process such as education; many learning institutions have made the shift from the conventional learning techniques to digital. The main advantage of this shift is that majority of the students are familiar with the operation of these devices, therefore, the need of training is purged. Other than that this form of education provides personalized learning, the rate of engagement is higher, students are exposed to competent teaching, assessment of learning is rapid and the quality is higher.

Test
Test the programs
View the technological equipment
Ask questions
Provide insight on possible modification
After the long introduction to the potential stakeholders it is only viable to allow them to have a better feel as well as interaction with the equipment and the programs that will be utilized. The overall purpose is to ensure they understand that the changes are targeted at benefiting the children. During this process insights will be positively received and forwarded to the required authority and finally questions will be received. This feedback is important as it will allow caretakers to express their concerns as well as get assurance that the technology is modelled and vetted with the authority of the government.

Mission and Beliefs
Improve education quality
Build a public support system for the
education system
Improve the quality of leaders in adult
educations
Promote and embrace technology
Education is the building blocks for any economy as well as nation, but the current educational system has several sectors that are out of date. By implementing this program it will allow the government to update various schools including this one. The government will be able to monitor the progress of the schools allowing it to better allocate resources without bias. Overall, as a nation that is developing it is time we embrace technology in one of the most vital sectors. The educational department is one of the most important however, has been left behind by technology and it is time for change.

Goals
Personalized education
Elimination of outdated and technical learning
procedures
Standardized testing
Rapid assessment of performance
Increased correlation between teachers and guardians/parents
The main benefits of this intervention is that it allows the students to be self-driven thus grasping a technique that is personalized to their capacity. Therefore, it allows the students to learn new concepts more easily thus giving way to students that are more capable. It also sharpens their skills by developing their analytical reasoning.
Digital education has also eliminates the problems of many students not understanding the underlying concepts. The next advantage is that it makes the students more accountable, by giving them the broad range of techniques; it is the student’s duty to familiarize themselves with at least one.
The random testing is also essential, however, to ensure that each student receives equal opportunities they provide standardized testing whereby the students answer the same questions only with techniques they regard as being applicable.
With the current processing power and internet speeds, assessments can be conducted rapidly thus allowing the educators to have a better understanding of the student’s performance.
Finally, digital learning leads to increased involvement of both parents, teachers as teachers find it easier to group students, and parents provide the needed support for the educational benefit of the students

List of courses that will be affected
Language Arts
Mathematics
Science
History
Art
World Languages
Music
CTE courses such as carpentry and electrical wiring
The use of technology will not be limited to one course only; the program is flexible enough to accommodate all the K-12 courses inclusive of the CTE courses. The transformation is intended for development and increment of efficiency and effectiveness. This means schools will be churning out more career diverse as well as prepared individuals.

Questions
Questions that may be posted by parents, guardians or educators
Why should I consider eLearning-based training?
Can eLearning courses be customized?
What are the hardware and software requirements for online training?
What absolutely must learners know in order to meet the performance requirements?
E-learning is anywhere learning. Traditional classes require face to face interaction, which usually takes place in schools and other learning institutions. With eLearning, students have the freedom to continue with the learning after school and during school recess. E-learning is pocket friendly for the sponsors as it limits them from buying books and other resources which students may require. E-learning takes advantage of online resources most of which are freely available.
While there are many off the shelf books available in the for students to use each utilizing different techniques, eLearning courses can be customized to the specifications of the student. Many corporates utilize this feature of eLearning to train their staff on specific subjects. Customization helps in providing a better understanding of the processes and principles in an organization.
First, teachers will need to be trained on how to use the platform that will host the students in the e-learning curriculum. The most common platform known is the Learning Management System (LMS). The students will also need minor training on authoring tools and the final requirement would be a computer and access to the internet.
Many learning interventions end up as knowledge dumps and cause a great deal of unnecessary pain for the learner. The minimum is what the students need to know (retain in memory in the long-term) to get started applying the new behaviors.

How the technology is used
Group the attendees
Give a simple demonstration
Give a simple test
Provide room for questions
The technology is designed for students therefore should be made simple, the attendees will then be grouped up and each group given a device that will allow them to experience a typical class. The will go through various courses and sample the data and teaching mechanisms that have been availed. Then they shall be tested in order to show them how cheating will be eliminated. Finally the devices will be collected and time for questions and feedback provided.
