People are are often at their best when dealing with significant change, difficulties, problems, adversity, and other challenges.
Getting extraordinary things done is often about small wins or “little victories.”
No one gets it perfect the first time they try something new. The best leaders are the best learners – and the bets creators of a learning environment.

Have a purpose in mind
Don’t challenge for challenge’ sake
Listen to and promote diverse
Be receptive to new ideas
Seek advice
People actually perceive those who as for advice as more competent than those who do not

Outsighting
Look outside your experience. Outside your organization.
Have to give your brain things it has never seen.
Do something each day so that you are better than you were the day before.
Look to your competitors.
Look to your complainers and lost customers to learn from them. Why did they leave?
Promote external and internal communication.
Compare/ask how another company would handle the situation you are handling.
Treat every job as an adventure.
Always be looking for how to improve.
Where in your organization have you neve been? Who have you not talked to?
Visit the web each day intentionally to search for something related to what you do. Also, visit sites not related to your business.

Even in times of high stress and extreme adversity, resilient leaders remain committed to moving forward and look for ways to grow
