First I met with my group member in the college after the class.
We discuss about the project and divide the articles according to our preferences.
Then I searched on google about the GERD project, the issues related to project and the complexities of the project.
I discussed all the information which I have collected through internet and articles with my team members over the conference call and meetings in college.

The organization is facing several; communication problems to deliver appropriate messages and information to the target community. merica composer stated that “E-mail has an ability many channels don’t; creating something valuable and personal touches at scale”.

According to Anand & Devi (2016), the forts problem mentioned in the above section can be overcome through the use of short e-mails. Thus, BBP now puts the important and authentic information in their e-mail conversation to avoid any kind of confusion.
Porter & Nohria (2018) stated that e-mail conversation should be professional and BBP now uses professional statements while conveying their messages over a large base.
