These are the strategies that are to be used to ensure that improvement in the three opportunity areas is achieved

First Resource: Having an incentive
Description:
An incentive is a thing that motivates one to do something
Area of Opportunity:
Having an incentive will address the opportunity of improving my reading habits
Explanation:
An incentive will act as a motivation for me to improve my reading habits.
It will be a source of encouragement for me to work on my reading habits

Second Resource: signing a commitment contract with myself
Description:
A commitment contract is a binding agreement that one signs with himself or herself to ensure that they follow through with their goals
Area of Opportunity:
This tool will address the opportunity of striking a balance between academic and professional obligations
Explanation:
This agreement is going to hold me accountable
Therefore, since I will be held accountable I will have to ensure that I achieve this goal
A commitment contract binds one to the agreement he or she makes with themselves

Third Resource: Letting someone to hold me accountable
Description:
This is allowing another person to keep one on toes in keeping his or her commitment
Area of Opportunity:
This strategy is going to address the opportunity of improving my public speaking skills
Explanation:
I will always know that I have some one to hold me accountable if I don’t achieve the goal
Therefore, I will ensure I achieve my goal at all costs
By keeping one on toes the other person is ensuring that the other person achieves his or her goals
