Suppose you are the procurement manager at Tesla.  You are asked to categorize the supplies based on the a portfolio assessment (reference the Kraljic Portfolio Matrix video).  Use the article below for some inspiration.  Note: you don't need to know names of suppliers - you can base it on the types of components you would find in a vehicle.
