Writers statement

The main aim of my research paper is to conduct thorough research on the ban on abortion. This has been a major issue around the globe not only today but also in the olden days. One of the reasons why this issue is of great concern is because most cultures and even religions do not support the issue at all and hence creating a great divide between people. for instance, in the united states, the government allowed for abortions only under some given circumstances but this turned into a great debate when Christians argued that abortion should not be allowed regardless of the situation.

For my research paper, I would like to take an approach that does not show any kind of bias. For instance, if I write a paper that was to suggest that abortion should be encouraged, there might be quite a significant group that will disagree with the issue and even might lose interest in the paper. For this reason, I would like to make the paper an argumentative one where arguments of both sides will be given on a fair basis and the people will decide on their own which side they would like to lean on. By doing so, I believe that I will be able to persuade more readers than when the paper is leaning on one side of the argument.

Persuasion of the audience is also very important as it will help people believe in what you are about to communicate in the research. In this case, I believe that the best way to persuade the readers is by showing them that you understand what they are going through. I have to show the readers that I can sympathize with them. This means that I will show people why I think abortion should be allowed and why I think it should not be allowed. This will help me gain the approval of the audience easily.
