I think going with the cloud solution fits your business strategy well. By utilizing the AI technology offered through the cloud solutions, gather and analyzing big data has to be done in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, information and be formatted in an organized fashion from any distributed location within your organizations’ network. This is crucial as your organization will certainly rely on historical data which would require vast amounts of storage space. Although this can be costly, I think its still a better option than using a hybrid solution as storage space and data management are your organization greatest assets for the future growth of your organization.

Nice plans, I think a combination of the business integration idea and cloud integration will be your ticket here.  There are many tools on the cloud that can help with analytics and gaining feedback on what business practices are working and which are not.  I think having innovative staff can be helpful, but because of the nature of the job market you need to pay significant salaries to keep talented individuals.  I think fostering talent and creativity in your workforce is a great idea, but it may be too much pressure for even the most talented individuals to build your plan upon them.  Nice work and best of luck with your assignment!
