Now that you have submitted your first assessment and gotten feedback from your instructor, make any changes or updates to the project plan you started working in Assessment 1. 

1. Project charter.

2. Project scope. Make sure you note what is not in scope for your project.

3. WBS.

Risk Matrix and Communication Matrix

Then, create the following elements and add them to your project plan as well:

· Communications matrix. 

. Don't forget the project sponsors in the communication plan. Information is generally tailored to the interests of the audience.

· Risk matrix​.
