1) One of the keys to base stealing is a push pull pattern.

2) To have High acceleration speeds are due to the push against the ground the pull.

3) You want to look for asymmetry on both side for the push pull pattern.

4) Look for join range of motion in the push pull pattern.

5) Look at the core stability and counter torque.

6) The pull is were coaches want to work with the athlete’s pattern.

7) Look at the athletes joint output speed.

8) The athlete wants to build up strength and mobility base while also building coordination.

9) Using Double leg squat.

Part B

One of the keys to base stealing is a push pull pattern.

The main purpose of the push and pull pattern it’s for the athlete understand that the push comes from the legs from a heel streak stands, the athlete will thin push off the ground and the pull comes from the athlete picking up either foot they want to start the motion off with. For the baseball play to accomplish the pattern they have the mid stances then you the player take either the left or right leg to heel strike

You want to look for asymmetry on both side for the push pull pattern.

When you have the push and pull pattern you must look at both sides of the athlete to see if each side is the same. In order to see the push and pull pattern you have to see the athletes take off position, so you will observe you want to see who the athlete is pushing off from the base. The

Part C

When you look at the push and pull pattern you can related to soccer, when you have a player that is trying to score a goal for his team you can see were how the player has to rely , on his or her speed plus the coordination of the ball to maneuver around the field. when watching the Biomechanics of Base Stealing video, I
