"Paralegal Practice"  Please respond to both of the following:

· You are asked to interview a potential client.  What kinds of questions would you ask?  Would the type of questions you ask change if you were interviewing a potential witness in a case?  Give an example of the type of questions you would ask in each situation and explain how you would disclose your role in the questioning.

· Doctor-patient legal “privilege”. Explain when it applies and how it can be lost. Also, why do you think it is important for the law to recognize such a privilege; what purpose does the privilege serve in the delivery of legal services or “justice”?
