Through the ORGL courses, I have learned what it means to be an effective leader. Being a leader is not just about making rules and directing, but about effective communication and making a direct impact on your employees, your organization, and the community. Being an effective leader means having problem solving skills, the ability to remain ethical, and listening to concerns. I feel like I have been able to reach the ORGL outcomes throughout my leadership careers.

I will continue to use the skills that I have learned as I continue to navigate through life and jobs. The information learned throughout my courses has proven to be helpful and effective in even the toughest of situations.
