Through the ORGL courses, I have learned what it means to be an effective leader. Being a leader is not just about making rules and directing, but about effective communication and making a direct impact on your employees, your organization, and the community. Being an effective leader means having problem solving skills, the ability to remain ethical, and listening to concerns. I feel like I have been able to reach the ORGL outcomes throughout my leadership careers.
